The University of Cross River State (UNICROSS) Alumni Association has noted the selfless and continual philanthropic gestures by one of her members, Comrade Eyam Abeng, who is the immediate past National President of the Association.
In a statement signed by its national public relations officer, Dr. Peace Egbai, the association described Conrade Abeng as a committed alumnus and respected labour leader.
The statement said, “The Association celebrates his years of service, leadership and commitment to the welfare of members and the growth of the alumni body. His contributions to the Association remain part of its continuing story.”
Abeng has served as the immediate past Lagos Zonal Chairman of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN).
The association said they join family, friends and associates to celebrate him as he marks his birthday today.
