Next week’s seven day grand celebration of the 25th anniversary celebration of the coronation of His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu as the King of kings and Lord of Lords has been described as the most powerful spiritual event in the world.
The organisers, Brotherhood of the Cross and Star with international headquarters in Calabar Nigeria remarked that the celebration will be very deep as the seen and unseen spirit beings in all universes will be part of the significant event.
According to them, the celebration will deeply impact humanity irrespective of religions, races or societal statuses.
Spokesman of the spiritual organization, Patriarch Christ Shepherd Amah Williams who is an academic don, told news men in Calabar, Cross River State capital, “Note that this event is not a mere religious festival or converge neither is it meant for only Christians, but everyone created by God irrespective of his or her status in the society, religious belief or race is invited to this event.”
He went on to reel out the lined up of events, commencing from 13th of April with grand flag off event at their world headquarters of the movement, 34 Ambo Street Calabar Nigeria, stating that it will climax on Sunday 19th April 2026 when the Universal Monarch will speak, pouring lavish blessings upon humanity.
Williams disclosed that global dignitaries, including monarchs from different countries in Africa, Asia as well as from the Western World and the Caribbean, have confirmed interest to grace the event.
He further extended invitation to all Christians and non-Christians alike, traditional rulers, and the general public to equally join visiting personalities from other countries at what he called “very important and significant event.”
The spokesman said, “The Silver Jubilee celebration shall be observed with a series of spiritually enriching activities commencing with a flag off ceremony on Monday, 13th April, 2026 at the BCS World Headquarters.
“On Tuesday the 14th day of April shall witness the commemoration of divine coronation day. on this day, earthly monarchs, kings and queens from various parts of the world shall Assemble before the Universal Monarch to pay homage to Him and dedicate their crowns and respective dominions to the King of kings and Lord of lords.
“All traditional rulers, irrespective of class, are invited to this event.
“On Wednesday 15th April 2026, there shall be free medical outreach by BCS Health workers and Supreme Conference anchored by Association of Brotherhood Academic Scholars (ABAS) and the BCS Academic dons.
“On Thursday 16th April, there shall be humanitarian activities carried out by BCS members all over the World on Friday 17th April shall witness the Consecration of Bishops-Elect and Archbishops and, the formal unveiling of BCS Germany 40th Anniversary celebration.
“If you are a lover of heavenly music, we invite you to visit the BCS World Headquarters on Saturday 18th April where choirs from all over the World shall gather to render heavenly music, special commemorative hymns and echos of heavenly praise to the listening pleasure of the Universal Monarch.”
Williams took time to explain some of the contributions and interventions of His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu, described as the most powerful spiritual being ever recorded.
“It is important to note that over the past 25 years, His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu has remained a beacon of truth, unity and salvation, guiding millions across nations toward the path of Godliness and universal brotherhood.
“His reign has borne visible fruits within Brotherhood of the Cross and Star and has impacted the world. This period has witnessed spiritual consolidation, administrative reorganisation, priestly development, institutional growth, infrastructural expansion, global outreach and broad human development. The Kingdom has grown in structure, in impact, in reach and in clarity of purpose.
“The impact of His reign has also reached beyond Nigeria through evangelical outreach and world tours that have expanded the frontiers of BCS and taken its message of peace, salvation and brotherhood to different parts of the world, including places like the Island of Patmos where the book of Revelation was written by John,Thessalonica, Athens and several other Greek and Roman cities. Today, through the spiritual impact of His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu, there is no Continent on earth without a considerable presence of Brotherhood of the Cross and Star. Like the mustard seed, the Kingdom has grown to become a place of refuge to all those in despair.”
Other dignitaries of the organization also spoke on impact and divine powers of Obu, including chairman of events management and regulatory committee in the fold, PCS Ogar Osim, chairman of sensitisation committee, PCS Innocent Omini and Archbishop Justice Osai Ahiakwo, the Bishop of Russia.
Secretary General of the organization, The Patriarch, BW Degi, one time Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, affirmed that the spiritual and physical strengths of the fold have become more consolidated. He stated that the organization was enjoying closer cooperation and supports from the Cross River State government whom he said are very pleased with the continuous influxes of adherents, tourists and researchers visiting Calabar because of His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu.
